Ivana Kvesić is a co-opted member of SWAN’s Executive Committee.
Ivana Kvesić (*1978) is the director of Fantoche – International Animation Film Festival in Baden, Switzerland. She is the former co-director of the youth film festival Schweizer Jugendfilmtage in Zurich and is part of the selection committee of the Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur and Rote Fabrik Zurich. She holds a Master in Economics from the University of Zurich, a CAS in Cultural Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Postindustrial Design from the Academy of Art and Design in Basel. She is president of the executive committee at the cinema club Xenix in Zurich and member of the foundation council of Filmbulletin (film magazine in Switzerland). She is also known as a curator, artist and cultural project manager.
In her former position as a project and change manager in an international company, she was a member of the Women Innovation Network leadership team. The empowerment of women is an important concern that she is willing to fight for change.
