Junior producer
Pamela Polanco is a junior producer from Zurich and a member of SWAN’s Executive Committee.
Pamela Polanco grew up in latin America and holds a commercial school diploma.
She worked as as production assistant for Langfilm where she realized several fiction films. Since 2020 she’s been working at Filmgerberei as a production assistant and recently as a junior producer. Giving her background she’s always been committed to advocate for minorities. She wishes to see a change in, not only women’s, but also BIPoC representation or lack thereof in the industry.
