Changing the Power Dynamics

As a kick-off of the event, SWAN will be hosting the special screening of „The Case You“. This German documentary tells of six young women who were assaulted during an audition in a Swiss film production.

The projection will be followed by the panel „#MeToo – Changing the Power Dynamics“ which will provide cross-generational insights on how to create new power dynamics in the workplace. It will be spoken in German and English.

When attending the panel, viewers must agree to use their real name and keep their camera switched on at all times.

Simultaneously with the panel, SWAN’s #ch_metoowall will be launched. It is a nationwide anonymous open platform of testimonies, where women* affected by sexism and sexual harassment in their workplace, can share their experiences in a protected setting and bear witness. Prosecutor Patrizia Krug and Agota Lavoyer, expert on sexual violence, author and consultant for SWAN’s #ch_metoowall project, will be present to answer any question.

An aperitif will be served at the end of the event.
