Il 7 aprile 2019, su iniziativa di SWAN, la direttrice artistica Emilie Bujès e il vicepresidente Gilles Pache di Visions du Réel insieme a la madrina de la carta e montatore Isabel Meier, hanno firmato la Carta per la parità e l’inclusione in festival del cinema per nuovi impegni per l’uguaglianza e la diversità nel settore
Visions du Réel è il quarto festival del cinema svizzero a firmare la carta.
SWAN era rappresentata dai co-presidente Stéphane Mitchell, Gabriel Baur e Laura Kaehr.
