Matchmaking for Women in Media & Music @SoundTrack_Zurich 2023
This year, SWAN - Swiss Women's Audiovisual Network is teaming up once again with SoundTrack_Cologne and SoundTrack_Zurich to bring "Matchmaking for Women in Media & Music", a matchmaking event aimed exclusively at female composers and sound designers and taking place within the frame of the Zurich Film Festival.
SWAN's Locarno Networking Breakfast 2023
SWAN - Swiss Women's Audiovisual Network is hosting the 8th annual Locarno Networking Breakfast, featuring an exciting discussion and the opportunity to connect and give visibility to women in our industry at the Locarno Film Festival.
Women in sound
At the invitation of the nationwide festival Let's Doc! - Week of the Documentary, SWAN will be exploring the situation of women in audio and the gender stereotypes traditionally associated with their jobs during a panel discussion. This roundtable will be preceded by the screening of "J'ai énormément dormi" by sound engineer and director Clara Alloing.
SWAN General Assembly 2023
We are delighted to announce SWAN's General Assembly will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 14:30 to 16:15 in Théâtre de Marens in Nyon during Visions du Réel. The assembly will be followed by an apéro from 16:30 to 17:30 in the same venue. See you there!

On March 1, 2023, a day of study and meeting dedicated to the film and audiovisual in Ticino (the italian-speaking part of Switzerland) was held in Lugano with industry associations including SWAN.
Solothurn Film Festival's 2022 parity numbers presentation
On January 24, 2023, The Solothurn Film Festival will share its 2022 parity numbers officially, to follow up on its commitments on gender equality and diversity after signing SWAN's pledge in 2019.
